Thursday Fellowship is an important ministry for the more senior section of our church community whilst, as ever, being open to people from other churches and the wider community. We meet on the third Thursday of the month at 11am, beginning with a talk/presentation from a guest speaker(s) and then enjoying a light lunch in the church hall afterwards. Talks and presentations are given on a variety of themes, including the work of a charity (often Christian), the speaker’s travels/specialist hobby, or a topic of historical interest. In July we usually enjoy a trip out to somewhere fairly local, instead of having our usual meeting.
Please feel free to come along if you have not been before, either on a regular basis or as a one-off if a subject particularly interests you. There is always a warm welcome.
